I'm having a prob...Nice encouraging post today! I'm having a problem with my most recent, tiercel RT. I too am in a squirrel rich area, but he just is not seeing them or pursuing them. I'll keep exposing him, hoping eventually he'll make a go for them. I bagged him a couple weeks ago on a large road-killed squirrel, and once he was on the carcass he seemed to be quite 'excited'. More than once I've had him up a tree, with the squirrel higher up, and easily caught if he'd just try.
